The Villain (formerly The Felon) grabs the top of an Octopus Hook, with Top-Notch Technology. The Villain is buoyant while its blade spins. The Villain can be back-trolled, downhill-trolled, or ocean-trolled.
The Villain comes with a scent strip on the back of its blade. The scent strip is designed for scent pastes. Smear and fish.
All lures come bare by default. Rigging adds hooks and hoochie or beads for an additional fee.
